Not only are we allowed to practice in all Florida courts, all federal courts in Florida, the federal appellate court for Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States, we actually practice in those courts. Many law firms tout their membership in different courts, but a Florida lawyer doesn’t practice in Utah. Often, law firms use their membership in other courts as a credential, but they never actually practice in those courts.

Unlike other law firms, we don’t just have the credential, we exercise the credential. We routinely handle cases throughout Florida. We actually have cases in all three federal districts in Florida. Florida has five intermediate courts of appeal, and we have appeared in those courts. We have cases in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and handled cases in the Supreme Court of the United States. Precious few firms can claim this record.

To cover this much area, most firms feel the need to open local offices. We do not. Local offices are expensive, and clients are expected to bear that expense. Technology allows us to appear in courts across Florida without the added expense of a local office. Hardly a secret, lawyers are slow to accept technology. We are different. We use the latest technology, allowing us to appear throughout Florida by encrypted video conference. By doing this, we limit costs for travel time and eliminate pass-through costs for local offices.
